By registering an account, accessing the jilinet platform, or using any service offered by jilinet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jilinet, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the jilinet platform in any capacity. Your continued use of jilinet following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jilinet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use jilinet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jilinet, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from jilinet or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make participation in online gaming harmful to you.

jilinet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jilinet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilinet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your jilinet account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilinet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jilinet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your jilinet account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

jilinet may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You agree to use jilinet solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilinet platform:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or manipulation of games;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with jilinet games or systems;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the jilinet platform — any such discovery must be reported to jilinet support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering or using jilinet for any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilinet software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilinet staff or other players;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing jilinet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

jilinet reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

jilinet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer to Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits are credited to your jilinet account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilinet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the jilinet deposit page and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are processed by jilinet subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jilinet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified jilinet account details. jilinet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if jilinet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

You must not fund your jilinet account using any payment method that does not belong to you. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on jilinet, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

jilinet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilinet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred;
• jilinet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account closure;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilinet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jilinet content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilinet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilinet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jilinet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jilinet shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilinet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilinet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The jilinet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

You may close your jilinet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

jilinet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold funds, and void any pending bets or bonuses if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Attempted to manipulate or exploit jilinet games or systems;
• Been found to be under 21 years of age.

jilinet will provide notice of account termination where reasonably practicable, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm or fraud.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilinet operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gambling laws and regulations.

jilinet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jilinet.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of jilinet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jilinet and may request account closure.
